Q: Where are you located?

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We recommend our ready to order cakes for fast service. Any customization for cakes start at $400. Whether it's a birthday, baby shower, or brand event (yes, we've made cakes for celebs!)
Q: Do you offer custom florals or cake toppers?
A: We do not offer customization on florals or toppers at this time. All flowers are hand-delivered weekly from an organic local source, and the selection changes with the seasons. While we thoughtfully pair florals to complement each cake, we’re unable to customize arrangements for individual events. If you have a specific floral vision, we recommend having your florist or designer add custom florals or toppers after picking up your cake.
Q: Do you offer scriptures for cakes?
A: Yes! We can definitely write a buttercream message on your cake for a $3 fee out of our select colors
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing custom orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Our calendar books up quickly, especially for weekends and holidays.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: At this time, we are currently at full capacity and are unable to offer delivery
We are still happy to provide the pastries and a lot of our customers opt for Uber delivery which has worked out if you would like to send the Uber courier we can load it in the vehicle for you.
Q: Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly items?
A: We currently do not offer GF or vegan pastries.
Q: Can I visit your shop to buy pastries daily?
Yes! Our we bake everything fresh daily 7 days a week
Q: Do you cater for events and productions?
A: Yes! We love working with production teams and corporate clients. We offer both mobile drop off service and on set craft style coffee + pastry setups.

Q: What’s your most popular cake flavor?
A: It’s hard to choose, but our most popular flavors are buttermilk vanilla, original olive oil, and best selling moist chocolate cake!
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when nationwide shipping becomes available.
Q: Can I reschedule my order?
Regular size orders may be rescheduled up to 4 days before the event.
Q: Can I cancel my order for a refund?
All sales are final and non refundable.
Regular sized orders may be canceled up to 4 days before the event.
Large catering orders, weddings, and custom specialty orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
